Word Processor with Mail Merge facilities

English Language is the only language supported if using the auto replace function for gender specific pronouns.

Recommended Software: Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Microsoft Word is recommended only because all the help documents are written for it and I have little recent experience with others. If you need a word processor I would recommend as a free alternative Open Office.org.

OpenOffice.org is a free suite of programs that provide similar functionality to Microsoft Office, including a word processor, a database, a spreadsheet, a presentation program and more. OpenOffice.org is able to read and write Microsoft documents. The suite is an open source project and is available for free download from www.openoffice.org.
